Stay away from this company, like others I have been charged for goods which have never arrived, even though I have been informed that they have. Another item which did arrive is shoddy, badly made and minus the screws and rods necessary to build it. I also paid a lot of cash for garden furniture, which the company who makes it later informed me that they do not deliver to Ireland, there is no sign of Living Social repaying my money. I have written and e-mailed Living Social and they just ignore everything. How can anyone get satisfaction from this terrible company, wish I knew!
Made a mattress purchase on 5/2/2020, was informed ship date 5/10-5/15. That Changed to 5/21-5/28, I've been unable to contact anyone involving the purchase, have had no communication with vendor nor could I get the info to do so. The LivingSocial web site has only listed order being processed since 5/11, no details, no progress, no communication. Use Living Social at your own risk, these people are invisible with no regard to the consumer.

This company operates a scam. A simple purchase of a golf net ended in me being scammed and no products delivered.
This company doesn’t deserve even one star.
I keep trying to unsubscribe but they keep sending mails every day.
I will report this company because what they’re doing is abuse.
I got an email that said "Oil Change + 20% off". I clicked on it. Requested the $39.50 oil change and added the Promo Code SAVE which it accepted and then without me doing anything else it charged my credit card $39.50. I called the customer service line. The message said "we are sorry but our offices are closed. Please contact us during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8am-6pm." Thing is I made the call at 2:39pm on Friday. I tried 2 more times and got the same message. Is there any companies out there anymore that care about their customers????
Last month: Order from Living Social (Feb. 9, 2021) four items: $51.99=Order#1000-133202-587943-(Received 2each knee support: 02/14/2021 via usps). 2 items still waiting and paid for shipping. I will not recommend this Living Social to anybody. They are big rip off business. Bad businesses.
WOULD RATE AS ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
No refund offered for inferior products that are never as described.
Also, expensive delivery charges and items take ages to arrive.
Incessant bombardment of unwanted emails that you just can't unsubscribe from and zero customer service.
It is impossible to get through to anyone via email,etc.
How they get away with it in this day and age I will never know!
US and UK branches both equally incompetent, unsympathetic and unhelpful.
A terrible experience, will never purchase anything from this company again and I strongly advise that you don't either!
Social living is an absolute disgrace I ordered a mattress 2 weeks before December and still I haven't had an email or anything regarding I tried to ring them on the phone numbers not working in Ireland I tried to email No customer service available and so do you tell me is this legit or not because this is ridiculous if not I want my money back
I purchased a voucher from Living Social for a Hello Fresh meal plan for $19.20. In order to redeem the plan from Hello Fresh, I had to get the number from Living Social's voucher. A pop-up window informed me there were no refunds available after opening the voucher. When I opened the voucher in the fine print it said "for first-time customers only". This is the first notice of "for first-time customers only" I received. In other words, Living Social led me down a path where they took my money and made it unrefundable before I was notified I was ineligoble to use the voucher. Hello Fresh wants an additional $62.93 for the meal plan I contracted for $19.20.
Terrible customer service. Complete rip off. The fine print and instructions are not clear. And they keep your money, when you cannot use a voucher. They are not flexible with customers. Staff is not helpful. As good as a deal may sound. Don’t spend your money with this business
Waiting over 3Months for an order and today they issued me a credit refund without any explanation. Tried what's app and after two hours they reply with "our contact center is currently closed". Various email sent over the last few Months but no satisfaction.
You can't contact them! Both Groupon and Living Social are totally impossible to contact! Extremely frustrating. If you can't help or communicate with your customers, I suggest you just close down your business. It's just outrageous.
No phone, no chat, so I emailed them. It took 24 hours to get an email, not answering my question at all, instead sending me back to their same site they were unreachable at to begin with!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!
Like many unfortunate hard working people I have legally been robbed. Livingsocial are a bunch of pathetic scammers.if they think I am letting them away with this they are so wrong.be very careful you bunch of filth ridden rats
